Ladies Bridge Association Each month on the second and fourth Wednesdays, ladies meet in the Dot Kirby Card Room for a fun-filled afternoon of Round Robin Bridge. Each player puts $5 in the pot to be distributed at the end of play. Each table plays four hands after which the winners stay at the same table and the losers move to the next and swap partners making it a great way to socialize with lots of different people while playing. Special prizes are awarded to anyone who bids a slam and makes it and the one at the end of play who is the last to take a trick with a two. The pot pays out the three highest winners and the one with the lowest score. The balance of money is distributed by a random drawing. It’s three hours of fun whether you win or lose!

The alternate Wednesdays are devoted to Duplicate Bridge. Two person teams compete to determine the best play of the same 20 hands. These games are sanctioned by the ACBL and directed by Priscilla Smith so that Master Points can be earned.
