EVENTS LTA Member/Guest AUGUST 18 & 19 (It’s a sell out every year!!)

Message from Lance Missildine Director of Men’s Tennis

This is by far our most popular event. We are excited to be hosting such a fun event for our ladies and their guest. The format is a one-day round robin with players of your level, followed by a great luncheon in the 1898 House. The draw size for your level will determine if you play on Thursday or Friday. This is a charity event. Your participation and contributions have allowed us to assist many deserving charities over the past 14 years. Your team contribution of a gift basket further makes this event a success for all that attend and those charities. Cost is $250 per team.

As the new Director of Men’s Tennis here at the Atlanta Athletic Club, the reception I have received from the members has been amazing. Thank you all so much for your warm welcome! I have met many wonderful people already, and I am looking forward to meeting many more. We are in the process of gathering feedback regarding the Men’s Tennis Program, so be on the lookout for new clinics and events designed to improve and grow our Men’s Tennis Program, both on and off the courts. Important Dates ALTA Men’s league sign up begins on June 30, and the deadline is July 21. USTA Men’s league sign up begins on August 8 and the deadline is October 23. Tenni s Mixer July 4th

Join us this year in celebrating July 4th on the tennis court with a Fun Round Robin Mixer. Plenty of tennis, refreshments and LAUGHS for this fun mixer. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. on Monday the 4th with play starting at 9:30 a.m. We will conclude at noon with awards, and you can enjoy the rest of your day celebrating. Cost of the event is $25 per player, and you do not have to sign-up with a partner. Register online thru the AAC website and reserve your spot.
