Summer is the perfect time to check out the benefits of Pilates at our Fitness Center Pilates Studio. Pilates is a preferred method of exercise for so many because it promotes muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, without the strain of traditional weight bearing exercise. The goal in Pilates is to build long, lean muscles without bulk. Pilates training also results in better posture and spinal alignment, relief from back pain, recovery from strains or injuries, increased joint mobility and range of motion, and much, much more!

This class leads participants through a rugged workout of sports drills, circuits and interval training. These exercises are designed to improve your strength and stamina, using the resistance of water.
