GAME. SET. MATCH A New Era for Our Courts Welcoming new faces and big changes in the tennis department

Under the new leadership of Marcus Rutsche, AAC is experiencing a thrilling transition. Our teams have recently achieved

Coach Lance Missildine, a favorite teaching pro of our ladies' teams, has earned a promotion to oversee the Women's tennis program, which includes over 400 ladies who play regularly throughout the year. Lance's dedication and expertise will undoubtedly elevate our women's tennis program. Event enhancements have been ongoing, and this year we have already hosted unique events such as a Glow-in-the-Dark mixer and a Patriotic Memorial Day mixer. Additionally, thanks to our amazing Pickleball Director Tim Smith, we have expanded our pickleball offerings, including a clinic from celebrity Tennis/Pickleball Pro player Sam Querrey. The in-house league continues to grow in numbers while we also target the next generation of pickleball players- juniors! In addition to our staff changes and programming enhancements, we are excited to announce an update that we are well and truly in the midst of the design and planning phase with our architect of the new tennis viewing platform. We are delighted to announce the addition of two new professionals to our team: Mason White: Joining us from Bay Hill in Florida, Mason brings a positive energy and vibe that everyone loves to be around. Brad Sceney: Coming from Crooked Creek, where he was the Director of Tennis, Brad has also served as the Director at White Columns and Polo Club in Milton. Brad will be responsible for completely revamping our junior programs to enhance the enjoyment and competitiveness of our youth. They are the future of our club, and we want tennis to be a significant part of their lives. Brad brings new and exciting direction to the program.
