Pilates Reformer for Golf with Division 1 collegiate golfer, Isabelle Quitoriano Take your golf game to the next level with Isabelle Quitoriano and Reformer training. Pilates Reformer, a mind body connection, connects the body to the swing. It can help protect your back from the repetitiveness of golf, increase balance, increase flexibility, strengthens your core to support your lower back, and provides rotational power and range of motion. Isabelle is a Division 1 Collegiate Golfer, 3 Time All American Scholar by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association for excellence in both athletics and academics. Her freshman scoring average of 72.94 over 17 rounds, marking the fourth best in the program history. She represented Team Australia at the junior and women’s levels in international tournaments held in Japan, United States, UAE and New Zealand. You’ll be provided: • Orientation to the facility • Appropriate equipment recommendations • A personalized exercise plan • Recommendations for group exercise classes With state-of-the-art equipment, a diverse range of classes, and highly qualified trainers, we have the tools and the plan that can work best for you and your needs. First appointment (30 minutes) Education on the equipment and facilities at the fitness center and completion of a health history to assist in the design of your exercise plan. Second appointment (30 minutes) Review your personalized exercise plan and if applicable, receive group exercise class suggestions.
