START YOUR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING EARLY AT THE AAC GOLF SHOP! As you may already know, the Covid pandemic has caused many challenges to golf apparel and equipment supply chains. Throughout 2021 we have experienced delays in ordering products from golf bags to gloves to golf shirts. With this in mind, we highly encourage you to consider starting your Christmas shopping early this year! We continually receive exciting new men’s apparel from Peter Millar, Holderness & Bourne, B Draddy and KJUS. We also have some new ladies apparel from RLX Polo, Allie Burke, and IB-Kul. As always, all AAC members receive a 15% discount off apparel in the golf shop!

AAC Club Championship Results The Club Championship is the premier competitive event on our tournament schedule, and one of the most difficult club championships to win in the entire country. The winner must overcome a demanding, championship golf course set up as well as an elite field of competitive players. This year, 91 players participated in the event with 28 players competing in the championship flight. The weather was fantastic each day despite the torrential downpours we experienced earlier that week. Due to the soft conditions, the courses played very long forcing players to hit longer approach shots into the greens. After three grueling days of championship golf, Nick Cassini was crowned men’s Club Champion, besting the field of amateur players with a score of 211 (5 under par). Brett Barron was the Low Professional in the championship shooting a score of 203 (13 under par). Ava Merrill is this year’s women’s Club Champion with her two day total of 148 (4 over par). Meanwhile, Scott Wallace won the two day scratch division with a 143 (1 under) and Matthew Dreher won the Stableford division with a total of 82 points. We thank all the participants, caddies, and spectators who made our Club Championship such a truly special event!
