Meet Josh Henderson, AAC’s new Athletic Trainer/Personal Trainer. Josh is a dedicated Athletic Trainer and Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience working in diverse settings, including high school athletics, Major League Soccer, sports rehabilitation clinics, orthopedic surgeons, and minor league soccer clubs. Recently, he expanded his skill set by becoming a licensed Massage Therapist, further enhancing his ability to support you in achieving optimal performance and recovery.
Josh holds multiple advanced certifications, including Active Release Techniques (ART), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). His well-rounded expertise allows him to integrate manual therapy, movement assessment, and corrective exercise into comprehensive care plans. New Equipment Keiser Spin Bikes: Enjoy a complimentary spin class on one of our new Studio plus Keiser bikes. The group exercise schedule is located on the club website or at the fitness center. Upgraded weight equipment: Enjoy the new Nautilus strength line providing ease of movement, a new lock and load system and ease of use. Group Exercise Enjoy over 30 weekly free classes held at the fitness center. Join in anytime that works for you. If possible, arrive a few minutes early to allow time for the instructor to assist in set up if needed. The schedule is updated Monthly. Women's Wellness Book Club Starting this January 2026 Fix Your Gut, Transform Your Life. In this book club, we’ll read about boosting your energy, restoring digestion and shedding stubborn weight.
