TITLE:

Description and Justification: This is for the sod to replace dead areas and bare areas caused by the severe winter storms we had (mostly the one that came through Dec 22-25).

We did not get a competing bid as we must match up the Tiff Tuff on Riversdie from Pike Creek that we built the course with and the same for Highlands with the 419. They are honoring our contracted price though from last summer that we paid during the project.

Our current best estimate is that we will need 158,765 sq ft of sod. The unit price of the sod is $0.458. Includes a 15% contingency if any other areas need replacing.
