Would have rated higher, but couldn't order the "Bar Menu" from a table and the table menu was a small subset of the bar menu. Makes no sense to me.

Three things. One – we prefer the regular brunch over the smaller br unch where everything is located within the Troon. Two – we were told that we had to sit in a booth even though there were many empty tables. We asked twice and both times were told there was no way we could change to a table, a booth is tough with a buf fet. Three – not everyone loves onions. And other than the scrambled eggs and one potato dish every dish yesterday contained a lot of onions. The service was great, and the few dishes I could eat were great. Just prefer more variety. Sandwiches were good. Fries were cold. 2nd time in the Men’s Grille in the past week and the service has been pretty slow. The food itself was not very good, which is unusual… The ribeye steak was shockingly bland… Hamburgers were overcooked and dry. Mine was 3/4th of a full size. It looked like someone cut a slice out of it or took a bite of it (the meat not the bun). We were never asked if we wanted ketchup or anything for the fries. I had a side of soup. Was told it was chicken chili but when I got to the salad bar it was a different chicken soup. But it didn’t really matter much since there was no chicken left in the pot even though it was still about 2/3full of broth, corn ,
