To The World Golf Hall of Fame, I am writing to formally ask you to consider Alexa Stirling Fraser for induction into the World Golf Hall of Fame this year. It has always been my belief that she was the greatest woman golfer of her time. The “First Lady of East Lake” not only amassed the following impressive championships, but she was a woman of honor and integrity. She continued to hold her love for the game through a World War and inspired many people to take up the game of golf. She was truly the empress of golf around this time period and also inspired Bobby Jones to be a better person and golfer. I can relate to the fierce passion and determination with which she lived her life and played the game of golf. I only hope that she will be recognized for the amazing person and golfer that she was. I would love to see people also learn about the life she led and how she revered the game. So I ask you to please consider her strongly for entry into this prestigious house. MAJOR CHAMPIONSHIP VICTORIES: 1915, 1916 and 1920 Women’s Southern Amateur

1916, 1919 and 1920 U.S. Women’s Amateur 1920 and 1934 Canadian Women’s Amateur 1922 and 1923 Met Women’s Amateur
