Check with Second Vice President to Confirm Budget and any Award Dollar Amount Changes *All dollar amount awards are Pro Shop Credit and the Pro Shop will print Gift Certificates with winners names and dollar amounts to hand out at closing meeting and place on the Ladies pro shop account. ** Exception – “Participation Winner” and Golfer of the Year and runner up will get Cash Prize (Treasurer will provide cash at closing meeting) ***Trophies will be presented at closing meeting and Awards Chair will have them engraved afterwards ****Contingency for ties is budgeted at $60 (Confirm with Treasurer) Update: December 2023
