Our league has budgeted $_______________ for your committee’s use. This budget is broken down below. Please record your budgeted and actual amounts and include this sheet in your year-end report. It is important that you stay within your budget. In addition, please record your expenses on the AACWGA Expense Request which can be found in the P&P book: Second VP section, Attachment D. These expenses, along with the receipts, should be submitted to the treasurer in a timely fashion.
