SECOND VICE PRESIDENT ATTACHMENT B COMMITTEE REPORT Each tournament committee report should include the following, if applicable: Summary of the event including the names of the committee members Steps taken to organize the event and a timetable Theme of the event Rules for participation and Format Registration fee Copy of proposed budget compared to actual expenditures (Attachment G)
Number of participants Copy of Expense Report Winners of the event Description of awards presented (cost of awards) Description of gifts given to participants (cost of gifts) Names of contact persons Pictures and E-mails that were sent and used Submit Expense Report with receipts attached to Treasurer, no later than a week after the Tournament (Attachment D) Any other pertinent information that would help the next chairperson A COPY OF THE FINAL WRITTEN REPORT SHOULD BE E-Mailed TO THE SECOND VICE PRESIDENT/TOURNAMENT CHAIR NO LATER THAN A WEEK AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE TOURNAMENT.
